Data Scientist / Data Analyst

Cybercom is the leading software development partner in southern Sweden and our preferred delivery method is full stack agile teams. In our quest for excellence, we are now looking to ramp up our capacity in data driven development and machine learning.

We are looking for a colleague who will support the team with insights and data in order to prioritize the backlog and drive the roadmap for the product. You will work closely with the Product Owner, UX lead and architect to make it happen. You will have full ownership from strategy to implementation and insights. This means you will deep dive into existing data sources for insights, design and drive generation of new data with the help of tracking and A/B-tests. You will also investigate how we can use data to improve the user experience with the help the cloud-based machine learning tools that are available.

In the end your success will be measured on how you can turn data into insights, user experience and business value. We are looking for a person who take a holistic view and proactively work for the success of the product.

Your background can vary but we expect you to have a couple of year experience from data driven product development. Preferably you have experience from Datbricks, Qlik sense and Azure and is interested in applied machine learning and knows Python.
