Software Developer

Development and maintenance of our Ipendo Platform, a web-based application for the Intellectual Property Market. Analysing business requirements and using them to drive the development of a modern, high quality solution.

The department is rapidly growing as we expand our software client offering and we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Software Developer to join this exciting team. The work is focused on the development and maintenance of our iPendo Platform, a web-based application for the Intellectual Property Market. In the role you will analyze business requirements and use them to drive the development of a modern, high quality solution.

The role will enable you to participate in the full systems life cycle. This includes solution design, development, test, implementation, and production support. Agile development is used for the development and maintenance of the Ipendo Platform product.

The successful candidate will work closely with the current development team in Linkoping, have a good level of experience in system analysis, design, coding and testing as well as handling change requests.

Essential requirements:
- Experience in system analysis, design, coding and testing
- Agile way of working is desirable
- Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical design
- Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements
- Source code management
- Manage development and production environments. This includes websites and databases.
- Proactively provide ideas and solutions for the improvement of the Ipendo Platform and the business
- Provide estimates and prioritize tasks
- Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements
- Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change
- .NET Framework
- ASP.Net development using C#
- Knowledge in moderns web stack (HTML5, CSS3)
- Relational database, preferably SQL Server
- WebServices and XML
