About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for a Backend developer for our client Claiton, an expansive and innovative InsurTech company. At the office in central Stockholm, a strong team of ambitious, problem-solving, and sharp developers work together to constantly streamline and optimize innovative technology.

Your daily tasks

As a Backend Developer, you become part of a group of skilled and experienced developers who work together cross-functionally and are responsible for the entire product development. During your working days, you are responsible for product development in Microsoft .Net, C# and collaborate with system development in a JavaScript environment.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to be experienced in C# programming and working with relational databases such as MS SQL. You should have a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, user- and system requirements as well as agile development methodology and you have previously worked with Github branching. As a person, we believe that you are open, communicative and have the ability to create good relationships. You thrive in teams and can work well with people regardless of gender, age, and ethnicity. Your interest in backend means that you are used to constantly working on improvements and you enjoy changes, while at the same time you can focus on to deliver and get things done. You take own initiative and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves. A problem solver who can come up with innovative ideas and is quality conscious, simply! Requirements

• University education in a relevant area
• Experience and very good knowledge in C# programming
• Experience of working with MS SQL and Git/Github/branching
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Skills in data analysis
• Experience of using and developing APIs
• Knowledge and/or experience of Agile development methodology
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, speech, and writing

Meritorious

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of Ops practices
• Experience of working with information security and GDPR issues
• Knowledge of Frontend technology such as JavaScript/HTML/CSS
• Some previous work with the most common JS frames
• Experience in AI or machine learning
• Language skills in Danish and/or German

Contract type and hours

Full time, permanent employment. Start as soon as possible.
