Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in IT studies with more than 9 years of relevant work experiences

• Familiar with the startup environment, ideally previous startup experiences

• Lead an experienced, culturally diverse and partially remote team of engineers

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional EU / MENA languages including French and Arabic preferred

What is my role?

You will lead a diverse team of engineers, design the architecture, ensure the stability and security of the product and making sure that the technology from stack to frameworks and algorithms answer the business requirements.

What are my responsibilities?

• You will lead a team of engineers, inspire them and ensuring that their productivity is at its best

• You will make, alongside Noteful leadership, strategic decisions that will define the direction of the product range

• You will hire tech talents, engineers and data scientists to local team or for remote work

• You will take growth and roadmap decisions based on the latest technologies and deep analytics of the product range

• You will evaluate the business ideas and come up with the right tech stack and budget suggestion

• You will work as an experienced developer and help your colleagues solve problematic issues

What should I bring?

• You should be experienced in leading development teams for more than 5+ years

• You should have the full knowledge & experience in agile methodologies

• You should be experienced in Machine Learning and worked in both text representation and image recognition technologies deployed in commercial context

• You should have a high level of verbal and soft communication skills

• You should have experience in building product architectures and microservices

• Tech stack requirements: AWS, Python, Java, Docker to mention a few
