Desired Skills & Experience:
- Solid knowledge of product development that combines hardware and software
- Plan, coordinate, follow-up test activities
- Own the test strategy
- Own and drive Methods, Tools, test coverage, Visualization of test activities
- Experience in networking protocols preferably L0/L1 and/or L2 protocols, and networking knowledge in general
- Experience in System testing both development and execution, manual and automated tests

Nice to have:
- Worked with network products such as switches, routers and SFP+ modules
- Understanding of the optical fibre network domain
- Experience creating non-functional tests in Python
- Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux networking products
- Hands-on experience with git
- Interest in continuous integration and deployment
- Worked with Zephyr or equivalent tool

Education & Experience Necessary for Success:
- Master's degree or equivalent education
- Experience as a test leader
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
