QA Engineer

About the position:

This role is based at our engineering office in Stockholm, Sweden. As a QA Engineer, you are a member of a Scrum team producing our flagship product, APS.

Tasks:

* Testing product features (functional, regression, integration, exploratory)
* Bugs and defect handling, and analyzing the root causes
* Understanding requirements and being an advocate for our users
* Define the strategy and vision for testing across all our development teams
* Be involved in, and influence, our engineering design decisions with the customer in mind
* Lead team members to understand QA processes and how to improve overall code quality
* Have a keen interest in UX and UI design
* Always be a voice for QA

Background:

* At least 3 years? experience in QA and testing
* Driven, proactive with a can-do attitude and spirit
* Excellent understanding of QA processes, especially testing in an agile environment
* Motivation and interest for improving QA processes
* Experience with continuous integration practices
* Experience writing test plans and strategies in an agile environment, specifically, Scrum
* Deep understanding of XACML
* Knowledge of CI systems
* Excellent communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal
* Experience working in distributed, as well as dispersed, Scrum teams -- especially experience working with teams in Ukraine
