Solution Test & Quality Engineer

We are looking for a tester to our Solution Test & Quality Department for a short term assignment of 4-5 months. You should have experience from the IT and telecom area and it is a merit if you have knowledge about SIP terminals and our core product MX-ONE.

Within the resonsibilties as a Solution Test & Quality Engineer is to contribute to project planning in the development projects with risk tracking, test plans, test estimates and project schedules. You should also ensure that products (units, nodes, networks, systems) have functionality and performance according to given requirements by evaluation of products through verification, validation and test.

General technical competences areas:

Testing competence from one or several areas, Function test/system test/solution Test/ Field Trial test
Windows environment and OS
IP/SIP networks competence
Linux OS
Scripting languages
Programming languages

You should be able to perform following test activities:

Analyze requirements
Write test specifications
Analyze test results
Design tests and Test cases
Execute tests
Develop and configure test environment
Integrate (to nodes or networks)
Verify functions and/or performance
Fault isolate and write fault reports
Verify corrections
Troubles shoot and perform customer support activities

You should have a university degree or equivalent and be fluent in English and Swedish.
