About the assignment:
We are looking for an experienced engineer as technical lead to world leading telecom customer north of Stockholm.
Assignment:
As a technical lead you will be working with both SW and HW related issues to our product development. We are looking for a person that is social, pro-active and can drive technical solutions forward. In this assignment you need to be flexible and have the ability to maneuver within large organizations. You will be primarily working with systemization, steering and communication. But there are other situations where you are required to work with documentation, processes, troubleshooting and other various tasks as well. The primary focus of the assignment revolves around software development, so prior knowledge in this area is a plus.
We are looking for a team player that wants and like to share knowledge with others. Altogether this makes up for an exciting opportunity for all team members to constantly develop their skills and be included in many new technical areas. During current circumstances distance work is mandatory until new directives are communicated. In normal circumstances the team is mainly located in Solna, however some travel could be required within Stockholm.
Competence Profile:
Excellent competence with these areas:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work via Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge to work remotely with Citrix/remote servers.
- Planning and coordinating technical solutions with multiple stakeholders/developers.
- Leading others and follow-up on ongoing activities.
- Analytic and requirements handling of technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting/Supporting our users.
- Microsoft Office
Good knowledge within these areas:
- Systemization.
- Documentation.
- Experience of lab work.
- Jenkins.
- Test and verification.
- C# (beginner/intermediate skill).
