We are on the digitalization journey and are seeking for an Engineer with focus on Network and Network Security. Your current technology knowledge includes enterprise network technology however you have a personal interest to learn new technologies that arises out of the Open Source landscape.

We are on the digitalization journey and are seeking for an Engineer with focus on Network and Network Security to support our Datacenters and office data environment. Your current technology knowledge includes enterprise network technology however you have a personal interest to learn new technologies that arises out of the Open Source landscape.

What you will do

- Install, configure and maintain Network and Network Security environments.
- Continuous optimization of the Network and Security functions.
- Day to day operations in incidents, problem tickets, service request etc.

Your experience

To be successful in this role we believe that you after your studies (Bachelor degree in computer Science or similar work experience) have 2+ years’ experience of firewall, firewall management and network management monitoring system. We also believe that you have experience from large scale IT - Infrastructure, virtualization and cloud concepts. Processes and standards such as virtual datacenters, software defined network

Your required competencies

- Cisco CCNA certified or similar level.
- Network administrator experience
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure technologies - Compute, Network and Storage
- Experience from one or more in following areas, Firewall, VPN, Load balancer, Proxy, LDAP, Radius, NTP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM and Logging.
- Knowledge in technologies in Firewalls from major Firewall vendors, such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco
- Understanding of and preferably experience from SDN and orchestrated network provisioning.

We also believe you have experience in some of the following competencies

- ITIL Foundation certified or deep knowledge
- Intrusion detection systems
- Cloud technologies- Azure, AWS, vCloud Director, OpenStack
- Script languages - JS, bash, perl etc.
- Automation/orchestration - Ansible or similar
- Network virtualization - VMware NSX
