Become our new Creative Director

Star Republic is the leading e-commerce company in Sweden. We are doing really well and are looking for new talent to join the Band! We can offer work in one of the most dynamic, fun, free and rocking workplaces in Sweden. Now we are looking for more than ten new co-workers, among them a Creative Director.

As a Creative Director you will be responsible not only for concepts used both in pitches as well as for existing clients, but also for the way Star Republic is perceived by the market. You will be the head of our existing UX & design team as well as being part of sales & pitch teams. You will also work closely together with our Head of Marketing as a dynamic duo when it comes to everything from our own advertising to events and employer branding.

As a person you are serious about design and creativity, and not seeing that as an impediment to having a good business understanding. Since this is a senior position, you are also of course a senior person not only in mindset but also in your proven track record. You have a good understanding of usability as well as graphic design. It’s more important to be form and design savvy than an expert in UX and wireframes where we have a strong team in place already, but of course you’ll need more than just a basic understanding of those aspects as well.
