IT System Analyst

Production services is a newly formed team in the IT Service Management group which ensures IT service delivery for Lindex globally. Production services operates on problem solving, follow-up as well as provide monitoring and reporting on the services delivered.

We are looking for an experienced IT System Analyst

In this role you are responsible for production systems’ monitoring. You are involved in developing work methods, processes and KPIs that create transparency regarding our IT service delivery. You are also involved in the daily operations through prioritization of problems and hands on problem solving. You analyze the reported problems and secure that solutions are implemented to increase efficiency and service levels. You work very closely with both first line and third line.

To succeed in the role you need good prioritization skills and great analytical ability. You work in a structured and systematic manner in order to create high quality results and you have a process oriented approach to achieve continuous improvement. You quickly adjust to new situations and easily establish good relationships.

Requirements:

* Linux – good knowledge
* Performance – good knowledge
* Monitoring – good knowledge
* ITSM – good knowledge
* Swedish and English, both written and spoken

It is considered a merit if you have knowledge in any of the following technologies:
Service-Now, Linux, Nagios, Virtualization (Vmware+KVM), Databases (Oracle + MS SQL), Windows, Citrix. Business Objects.
