Big Data / ETL Engineer

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Design and Develop ETL framework for bulk data sourcing
- Build state of the art solution for Change Data Capture - CDC
- Sourcing data from mainframe and other RDBMS
- Automation of data reconciliation against source systems
- Apply quality controls on data pipelines
- Release and Deploy using Devops pipelines

What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ experience as a ETL / DW Developer.
- Working knowledge in ETL tools like Ab Initio or Power Centre or Data Stage
- Working knowledge of CDC tool e.g Attunity, Golden Gate or any data replicator tool
- Proven experience of using deployment pipelines comprise of Jenkins, Bitbucket.
- Proven experience of scripting in any of these languages shell, powershell, python, scala
- A good team-player mentality in agile team, you are willing to take different kinds of tasks to meet sprint commitment
- Bonus: experience in Hadoop and/or Azure
