Hive Streaming is now in an exciting growth phase, during the last 3 years we went from 30 customers to 130 customers. In 2020 we were recognized as SaaS company of the year in the Nordics. Hive streaming’s goal is to offer a great deal of analytical insight to help our customers fulfill the video event of their dreams. At the heart of these efforts is the Video Analytics team, which is currently building a completely new Data engineering solution.

When joining us as a Full Stack Engineer

When joining us you will be a part of our cross-functional Video Analytics team. This team is focused on a unique offering combining data on engagement, video quality, reach and network performance to offer actionable insights to our customers.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help drive the design and implementation of integrations with video platforms and be a major contributor to the development of Hive’s data graph API. You will also share responsibility with the team in ownership of our products and we are sure that you will contribute to shaping the product. To do this you will be working with the design and implementation of integrations with video platform APIs and SDKs. You will also be working on expanding and scaling Hive's APIs.

Previous Experience

- 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer.
- Fluent in JavaScript/Typescript.
- Knowledge of node.js and/or Scala.
- Track record of working with the integration of complex systems with third-party components.
- Backend development experience, preferably building data APIs.
- Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
