Software Engineer

Are you passionate about Mainframe, Cobol and working with stable systems?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Maintain, improve, and support Mainframe-based applications for Organizations structures, Access rights, Deposit insurance and Data collections.
- Contribute in all areas: develop, design, maintain, analyse, and test services delivered by the team.
- Support the Agile Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory and development tasks
- Extensive experience of developing and maintaining IT business and infrastructure in a large bank

What you need in this role:
- Proven track record from programing and design in Mainframe, DB2, Cobol and SQL coding skills, JCL´s, worked as a mainframe Software Engineer for at least 3-5 years
- Skills in Unix / Java are an advantage
- Experience from or interest in working in an agile way of working / scrum team
- Open minded and willing to learn new things and ways of working
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility and a strong team-player
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (both in Swedish and English)
- Academic degree in IT, Engineering or similar
