What we do

The team works with enabling an effective and value-adding global utilization of business automation technology. This means we are responsible for maintaining and improving our RPA infrastructure, by working closely with our AMS team, our development team, and our software supplier. We believe our mission and the result of our work to have an immense impact on the future of Scania. 

We currently have three technologies within our product portfolio; E-sign, Chatbot and RPA. As an RPA Maintenance Manager, you will join our RPA Centre of Excellence team with colleagues both in Sweden and India.

What you will do

You will be a central part of Scania’s automation journey. You will be able to work with cutting-edge business automation tools and be a part of an energetic, driven and highly social team!

You will be responsible for Scania's RPA platform and the maintenance of it. You will help us set-up processes for platform usage, access rights, password handling and much more. In addition you will have a possibility to work with the development of RPA bots, work with best practices for RPA development, tech scout new functionalities and work with our AWS infrastructure. Ultimately you will engage, explain, discuss and work to solve our customers' business automation requests from all of Scania.

Although your main focus and associated responsibility will be within RPA you should also be able to support, advise and work with other business automation technologies when needed.
  

Your profile

You enjoy collaboration and you can to take the lead when needed. You are driven and self-motivated and want to be part of solving complex technology challenges but not afraid to do administrative tasks. You are always willing to learn and have a positive attitude towards challenges and the ability to be flexible when the focus shifts.

As an RPA Maintenance Manager you recognize yourself in these qualifications: 

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer and Systems Science or similar
• You have a software development background
• Working experience within RPA technology
• Experience with re-designing and improving processes.   
• You are fluent in English

 It would be great if you also have:

• Developer experience within API development, scripting, .Net, Python, Java, Groovy.
• Experience working with AWS cloud
