Online Project Manager to Thule Group

As an Online Project Manager you will be part of the team that drives the development and maintenance of our global online presence to efficiently support our growth ambitions. Strong focus is on DTC and to grow organically across our categories and markets.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be to:

- Ensure successful completion of digital projects and other major initiatives within time, scope/quality and budget.
- Drive planning, controlling and tactical execution of project through successful use of a structured agile project management methodology with focus on delivering value to the organization
- Drive project requirements
- Manage project risk analysis and mitigation
- Manage internal and external project stakeholders
- Drive project quality assurance and test planning
- Work closely with vendors

YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who´s passionate about leading, developing and implementing online projects with a strategic and a holistic view leading to business impact. Someone that takes pride in being operationally on top of the projects he/she manages and feel personally committed to delivering a great result that brings value for both consumers and Thule Group. We expect that you are a creative person with a pragmatic and prestige less approach. To be a self-motivator and driver with a getting it done mentality is a given. Finally, you are used to an agile environment and working in a global organization.

We expect you to have at least 5 years of experience from driving major web projects with strong elements of both IT and communications. You hold a bachelor’s degree of marketing, communications, digital or another relevant field. Furthermore you are experienced in Agile Software Development and have an appetite for efficient teamworking and networking. It is an advantage if you have professional experience from working both on the agency or consultancy side and from the customer side. It is also an advantage to have experience from eCommerce and technical understanding of systems and technologies involved in the digital solution landscape (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or similar). You need to have full professional proficiency in English and full professional proficiency in Swedish is meritorious.
