Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. From enhancing the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility – levels that digital natives call home. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G.

You will

• Design, configure, integrate and operate 5G cloud native services that are based on Ericsson and 3PP cloud stacks
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem solving as needed
• Provide support to our users as needed
• Maintain a stable environment and optimize as necessary
• Continuously seek new areas of improvements

To be successful in the role you must have

• Passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• A personality of curiosity, open-mindedness, eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude
• Solid foundation in Distributed system, Data structure, Algorithm, Parallel processing
• Overall technical interest and knowledge of the Cloud Computing and IT domains
• Basic knowledge and interest in some of the following areas related to development, integration, deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Ansible, Spinnaker, Helm)
• Programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, YAML, Shell and/or similar
• Good understanding of the Linux ecosystem
• Fundamental understanding of data communication and IP networks
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Proficiency in English
