We are looking for UX Designers that want to be a part of our team in our new studio in Gothenburg

We are a non-boring company and we do non-boring stuff. We are a studio full of creative problem-solvers, trying to create the best possible experience to our clients and users.

UX is a core part in all of our projects towards clients, such as Veoneer, Liseberg, Polestar and our own ventures like Weret. Understanding the user, business and technology is the heart of creating a successful product for us. For this you need to have an open-minded and curious approach towards whatever adventure waiting for you.

As a UX designer you will collaborate on new ideas and help to bring them to life. You will be involved in the whole process from ideation, research and prototyping to hand-off to our developers. You will collaborate with a bunch of fun Strategists, Developers and Designers to deliver creative, user-friendly and feasible digital products.

With all this said, we are looking for a teamplayer that is driven by the love for their craft and motivation to make an impact for real people.

All of our designers are able to lead projects independently, take ownership until final delivery and work in close relation with clients as well as guide and inspire the rest of the team. We work in a very collaborative environment where we help and learn from each other. A strong and respectful communication skill is needed both towards the team and stakeholders.

We're a quirky, diverse, autonomous group of people. We have fun and we get the job done.

Role requirements

• Good understanding of interaction design, tech and how design systems work in different devices and contexts.
• Great expertise in prototyping tools.
• Used to facilitate workshops, user research and testing.
• Graphic design skills, fluent in Figma (or similar)
• Masters or bachelor degree in interaction design, product design, industrial design or similar.
• Great verbal and visual communication skills and fluent in english.
• Like to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
• A team player that is eager to share and learn.
