Experienced Document Specialist
If you have some years of experience in development/construction and technical editing and are keen on a new challenge in a global and growing company - we might have the ideal opportunity for you!

Our Accessories business line in Alingsås are expanding and we are now looking for our new Document Specialist for creation and provision of installation instructions. You will be responsible for update and revision of existing assembly instructions in cooperation with fitters on site or in the laboratory as well as for creation of the corresponding drawings for the assembly instructions and text in different languages. The role also includes re-work and adapt existing installation instructions, sometimes together with installers in the field or lab as well as creation and revision of the technical offer documents.

Your tasks will also include:
•    Examination of the existing documents with regard to the legal requirements (e.g. EN 82079)
•    Maintenance of the data of the accessories configurator
•    Control and evaluation of the instructions by analyzing the accessories assemblies
•    Claim management in the event of errors in the documentation

Structured and focused document creator
To fit the role you need to be analytical, structured and with a solution oriented way of thinking. You have the ability to understand technical and complex issues for different target groups. You are able to look through customer eyes on the documents and are able to discuss and explain technical matters. You will work close to our engineering, R&D and technical service departments.

Your CV probably also includes:
•    University degree within the technical field ore equivalent background
•    Project experience is an advantage
•    Experience with Adobe products Indesign / Illustrator is desirable
•    Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with CAD is an advantage
•    Good knowledge in Swedish, English and German
