Senior Frontend Developer

How you will make an impact
As a Frontend Developer here at ICT, you will work closely with the existing creative team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides, defining how the application looks as well as how it works. You will work as part of the design & programming team, visualising designs, options and solutions for ICT’s portfolio of products globally. Furthermore, you will act as an advocate for the value of the user experience and the implementation of a consistent design profile across products. You will collaborate with other web designers and programmers to ensure design and direction are aligned with each other. Work with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems. Furthermore, you will support and increase the productivity for all the internal and product web pages that we will build during the year including a CMS solution.

Requirements

- You are proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, jQuery and AJAX
- Have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Understand asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
- Have User Interface Design, Information Architecture, graphic design experience
- Some academic qualifications
- It would be nice if you are proficient in React.js

Good to know
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office and you will report to the Content Production Manager. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 25 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English, your application should therefore be in English.
