Description

The position is as scrum master in a DevOps team developing the infrastructure of the new Payment Platform for the client. As a scrum master you will be play a key role in guiding the team on the agile journey. You will, together with your team, work with continuous improvement, maintaining and improve agile principles and team way of working.

The goal is to create an infrastructure solution that is optimized for development, testing, automation, deployment and IT operation

Mandatory competence and experience:

- You will need some years’ experience from the scrum master role.
- Containers, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud, Azure, Azure DevOps Server, Jira, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Windows Server, MS SQL, LINUX, Scripting in Powershell, Python.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience from other roles within software development and/or DevOps teams.

Preferred personal qualities:

- You are a person with drive and knowledge, someone who likes to be proactive and think one step ahead and who loves to work with the team to continuously become better.
- You have a genuine interest in new technology and exploring new things and learning comes natural to you.
- You have good communication skills and good understanding of lean/agile principles.
