Responsibilities:
● To design technical solutions and help in resolving technical problems
● Learning and understanding the existing domain in order to build an optimal solution
● Identifying the right frameworks, environment and tools in building applications
● Closely collaborate with the team to efficiently tailor to customer needs
● Ensure reliability and scalability of the end-product
● Implement clear-cut architecture for customers who focus to leverage the cloud based integration platform
● Analyse technical feasibility of the requirements and provide estimations for delivery
● Ensure quality of the product being delivered by different levels of testing
● Plan development activities to achieve the desired goals
● Have an unbiased approach when it comes to picking the right solution for the product
● Keeping up to date with technologies and frameworks
● Respond quickly to critical requests
Desired Skills and Experience
● Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
● 10+ years programming and integration software development experience
● Extensive experience with programming languages such as Java and cloud environments such GCP or AWS
● Extensive experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture
● Strong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and development
● Solid understanding of development design principles and patterns
● Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
● Experience of working with both agile and waterfall methods
● Good experience with different testing levels such as functional and non-functional testing
● Vast knowledge in Dev-Ops process for integration platforms and cloud based CI-CD process for the same
● Experience in handling customer day to day issues faced in integration platforms and ability to solve them at a rapid pace
● Experience in setting up hybrid integration solutions
● Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency around deadlines and an ability to multitask
● Experience of working closely with offshore teams
● At least 2 years of exposure to Swedish working culture & ecosystem
● Flexible to work in Nordic and Indian time zones as required (with remote teams)
