Description

The client is looking for a software engineer.

Work tasks:

- Focus on developing and implementing high quality code.
- Be active in the story flow from idea creation until analysis.
- Code review other frontend developer’s pull requests.
- Drive/Support in overall solution architecture together with key stakeholders.
- Product team member, supporting other team members and other product teams to achieve joint target.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- App Development, Android Kotlin
- API design /SDK’s
- App/Android Solution Architecture
- Knowledge of writing testable and high-quality code
- DevOps & Release, including MDM / Google Play console
- Retail POS applications, Headless POS

Detailed technical skillset needed:

- Android Kotlin
- Android Basics: Activity, Fragments, Services, Background tasks using WorkManager and AlarmManager, UI components like Constraint layouts, WebView
- MVVM Architecture in Android
- Android Jetpack Library Exposure
- LiveData, Room DB, ViewModel, Coroutines
- jUnit Test cases,
- Optional: Espresso Unit testing
