Job description
Byredo is looking for an Image Producer for a temporary contract to join the Creative Studio in Stockholm. The Image Producer will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director as well as the Digital and Marketing Managers. You will plan, organize and execute photo shoots as well as other types of image content.
This position reports to the Creative Director. Travelling may occur. Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, organize and execute photo shoots and other types of image assignments
- Talent booking and negotiations
- Develop clear creative briefs and effectively communicate those to teams
- Secure and coordinate samples for all image productions
- Plan and book talents travels and accommodation
- Research new talent and photographers
- Manage a budget and negotiate as needed
Profile
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in photo production from either a studio production service, in house studio or ad
agency
- Financial experience in managing and keeping a budget
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, diligent, enthusiastic and quick-learning
- Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and be solution oriented
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Indesign is a plus
- Strong understanding of Byredo as a brand
