- Drive customer journey improvements to increase conversion and digital business growth in Swedbank’s logged-in channels (Internet Bank and App)
- Combine the essence of business value, user experience and technical feasibility
- Work alongside stakeholders in different units to coordinate and collaborate initiatives within digital channels
- Set requirements based on data, insights and deliver according to agile ways of working

What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree within business or design
- Minimum 3 years equivalent experience such as Product Owner, Senior UX-designer, Project Manager within Tech
- Experience in end-user focus with an agile mindset
- Documented knowledge of digital customer experience
- Good technical understanding for implementation and delivery
- Documented experience in best practices within UX/UI as well as web & app design
- Proven stakeholder management with the ability to navigate in a complex environment
- Ability to work both independently as well as in collaboration with others
