Our well known client in Gothenburg provides test environment solutions for a number different customers. And also an increasing demand from different projects around the world. The main responsibility is to provide coordinated and cost efficient test environment services. This includes the planning, configuration, integration, maintenance and support of the respective test environments and test equipment.

Today this team with more than 100 persons are located at Lindholmen, with high competence in EPC(Evolved Packet Core), SGSN/MME, GGSN, EPG, CPG, OSS, SASN, RNC, eNodeB, BSC, Test tools(Dallas) and IP-Network. Facing new challenges and expansion in these areas and to perform even more and better Test Configuration Management, we need to expand our group. We are now looking for a Test Configuration Management (TCM) Engineer for SGSN and MME applications.

The purpose of TCM is to plan and provide, on time and with good quality, a controlled hardware, software and docware environment during test projects, so that designers and testers can verify designated functions during software development. The main task will be hands-on work in our test lab towards our SGSN-MME users. The work is performed within projects which are organized in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

The following responsibilities are included:

• Analyze application, node and network requirements

• Design of test lab

• Produce network plans

• Preparation of test environment

• Configuration and integration of nodes in test environments

• Identify improvements within your responsibilities

Qualifications

• You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge

• You enjoy working in teams with people from other disciplines

• You have the ability to see the big picture as well as details

• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

You should also have

• Solid Telecom and Datacom knowledge

• Strong Unix/Linux knowledge

• Solid IP Network knowledge (minimum CCNA certified)

• Script languages knowledge (e.g. PERL, Phyton, shell script etc.)

It is an advantage if you have competence/experience of

• Mobile Core node knowledge (SGSN/MME)

• Red Hat Linux distribution

• Mirantis Openstack

• Programming (Java, Erlang, C)
