Azure Cloud Engineer to H&M Business Tech

Do you want to enable the best shopping experience for millions of customers each day? Do you want to translate the business’ need into clear roadmaps for one of our cloud platforms? Then you could be our new Cloud engineer!

We have completed our first steps towards a cloud native environment and as our journey continues, we want more skilled people to join us with expert perspectives. Some of our projects are investigating how the future online platform should look with a microservice architecture, working cross functional and continuously optimizing our set up. Of course, we are working in an agile context and making sure we are having cost- and time efficient processes.

We are now looking for a Technical Engineer with a strong skillset within Azure Cloud, and one expert area either in storage or network. You will join a very experienced team that is one of our Commerce Reliability teams managing our online platform globally and cross H&M group brands with 51 online markets, making sure everything is up and running at all times.

What you´ll do

In co-operation with other team members work on our Online platforms and plan and perform upgrades and changes. You will be troubleshooting the platform services and components.

Apart from this you will be driving innovation for our future landscape in improving on setup, align to new functionalities and implement industry best practices. Join us in developing and improving our setup!

What you´ll bring

As a Technical Engineer at H&M Business Tech you will embark on a journey that will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. You are an important player in this transformation, and so we believe you are communicative, have a “You build it you run it” mindset and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized.

• Experience working with Azure Cloud for at least 5 years
• Deep understanding of both or either Network and Storage
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
• Are fluent in written and spoken English

It is a big plus if you have

• Good knowledge Technical Architectural Design
• Some knowledge in SAP Hybris
• Experience of working in large organizations
• Experience of working closely with developers and technical teams to understand their needs

Our team Commerce Reliability belongs to the Customer Commerce Delivery area. We are a part of Customer Domain within Business Tech working with the H&M Group Online Stores. As a team we are on an exciting journey, focusing on application platforms in Cloud to enable a superior shopping experience with a high availability!
