Senior UX Designer

What you´ll do

We believe you are a creative, skilled and experienced UX designer with the ambition to take on a challenge in the ever so changing Telco industry.  As a UX-designer at Telenor you will be the link between our customers and our digital channels. You will work in a close collaboration with our customers, understanding their attitudes’, needs and challenges, designing smooth and amazing digital experiences.

You will be the voice of our customers when communicating to stakeholders at Telenor and work closely with Product Owners, Content Creators, CRO, Analytics, Designers, Researchers, Developers etc. You will be a part of a team consisting of other UX-designers and Insight Analysts and work together with your team towards common goals.

What we look for

Digital experience: We believe you are a creative, skilled UX designer with previous experience from working with digital platforms.
 

Design Thinking mindset: You show a customer obsessed behavior when empathizing with the customer in order to understand their needs and problems, when you ideate around and prototype on different solutions.
 

User tests by core: Carrying out user tests and in-depth interviews is at core in your handcraft.
 

Responsible: You are used to take full responsibility for your work and can drive design sprints in various ways.
 

Business understanding: We believe you can see different perspectives, especially the bigger one. You always show a business mindset when collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
 

Communicative: You have big range of communication skills, are great at hosting workshops and lead discussions. You work and communicate effortless in English.  
 

Design tools: You master the most common design tools e.g. Sketch and Invision
