Technical Lead - Mobile App Platform
Lynk & Co is seeking a Technical Lead for its Mobile App Platform to serve as the leading force behind technical design and implementation.

As a Technical Lead for the Mobile App Platform, you together with the
development team will be responsible for designing, developing and
implementing software solution stretching across the full range of the platform.

A successful candidate can provide technical leadership within the team and
find dynamic solutions to solve highly complex technical and business
problems. Your main responsibility is to be an expert in mobile app
development for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate can also navigate
between different domains that our mobile apps interact with such web
technologies, backend. This is an excellent opportunity for you with an
impressive mobile app development background who wants to work in a
highly collaborative environment and be part of producing cutting-edge
mobility solutions for the masses.

The position can be based in Gothenburg, Barcelona or Amsterdam. The position
includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

- Lead technical implementation of Mobile App Platform
- Transform requirements to technical solutions for new feature development
- Work with business & design teams to propose technical feasibility and solutions
- Analyze and identify problems and propose possible solutions to the dev team
- Enable development teams of the different parts of the platform to work towards a unified implementation
- Speed up development work by supporting and guiding solutions
- Collaborate with peer organizations across the globe

What you should have

- Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years' experience designing and building mobile app applications
- Experience working on complex software projects
- Proficiency with Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift
- Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
- Customer service oriented with an entrepreneurial approach to challenges
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Experience working in multicultural environment, especially with China
