At Tetra Pak Automation Solutions we create and deliver automation products and services that are used in Tetra Pak's products and solutions. As the importance and demand for automation increases, we are now reorganizing to meet new expectations. The MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) team is responsible for designing, implementing and integrating MES software products that our customers use to optimize productivity, quality and efficiency. We manage a portfolio containing internally developed products and third party solutions.

We are developing a new generation of large-scale MES software products while maintaining a portfolio of legacy products. We are also constantly working to evolve the system architecture of our solutions to optimize interoperability with legacy and third-party systems.

In the team, we have MES domain and software architecture knowledge as well as software implementation skills. Weparticipate in the entire development process from pre-studies and requirement analysis, implementation and verification of functionality to integration and life-cycle maintenance of the products.

As a member of the MES team in Lund you will be part of a highly skilled and dynamic development team working within the core of Automation Solutions software development organization. You will work with the latest technologies with experts and developers world-wide within Tetra Pak. We make a considerable investment in employees and their career and personal development. Main responsibilities

- Software design and implementation using C# .Net, database and web technology
- Software integration and testing with automated build/test methodolog
- Life-cycle and maintenance of new and legacy software products

Qualifications

You are a problem solver with a strong commitment to quality. You are passionate about designing and developing software. You understand the importance of deliveries with quality on time.

You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed. You cope quickly with change and are eager to learn new skills that the situations require. You are well-structured in your work.

A good command of the English language is required both orally and in writing.

We will prioritize candidates with thorough experience in Microsoft .Net C# programming and SQL database systems, preferably in manufacturing contexts. A Master of Science degree or equivalent relevant experience from software development is required.

Knowledge or experience within one or more of the following areas is considered a merit:
- S88 Batch Process Control
- OPC and PLC programming
- Web application development (CSS and JavaScript)
- Software engineering, analysis and design skills
