We offer you a collaborative and fun atmosphere, really skilled colleagues, centrally located office and a lot of interesting problems to be solved. We have a lot of autonomy in our teams, spend 25% of our time on architectural evolution, so there’s plenty of opportunity to contribute with knowledge and ideas.
You will join an agile and cross functional team of developers, product owner, UX and agile coach. Together you will work in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, so discussing and solving problems together as a team and translate business and user needs into great solutions is a big focus. Together you work on some of the core functionality in our platform – benefits! The team is responsible for the whole benefits framework – everything from making sure that we have a great benefit order flow and enrollment experience to providing our clients with benefit statistic tools to base their strategic decisions on.
Who are you?
You have a genuine interest in understanding business needs and creating user value in a complex code base. We’d rather see you have a product mindset than a focus on specific technologies, i.e. solving a real-life problems is more important to you than which framework you use to solve the problem. You like to collaborate and believe team work and listening to each others ideas, seeing things from different perspectives is what really creates innovation and great solutions.
We work with CI/CD and release things daily, and continuously evaluate the technologies and tools used. Java, Angular, Typescript are some of the technologies we use today. If you haven’t used all of them, don't let that stop you from applying - we believe that continuous learning is a part of being a developer and that good developers can pick up new technologies pretty quickly. You can have an interest and experience in either frontend or backend – but be willing to work fullstack once you join the team!
