Job Description

Beginning of 2021, Bosch announced the news to team up with Microsoft in order to develop a software platform to seamlessly connect cars to the cloud. The goal of this collaboration is to simplify and accelerate the development and deployment of vehicle software throughout a car’s lifetime in accordance with automotive quality standards.

To succeed with this collaboration, we need to strengthen our team in Lund with several software developers.

You will be part of an international team developing software-defined vehicle platform for seamless integration between cars and cloud, including over-the-air updates of entire vehicle fleets.

As a software developer you:

• Participate in every stage of the software development from requirement analysis, design and implementation to module and software verification.
• Take a role identifying strategies and designing software.
• Are a vocal advocate in architectural and design discussions.
• Communicate with other software teams and if necessary, also customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in object-oriented programming languages (C++).
• Experience in embedded software development.
• Experience in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in GIT/Gerrit.
• Experience in Rust and/or Go.
• You working practically and communicate in a structured way.
• You are a people person (help, inspire and engage the team members through obstacles).

It´s also nice if you;

• Have an automotive background.
• Are convinced that verification is as important as implementation.
