Experienced IT Analyst to develop Nordeas file based channels

Corporate eGateway (eGW) is the main host-to-host based channel available for Nordea's biggest customers to handle their Cash Management needs. We are looking for an analyst with a broad experience, who is able to gather requirements from our business stakeholders and contribute to development activities in eGW file transfer solution. You will be able to further develop one of Nordea's most important products for corporate customers! Placement is at Nordea's headquarters in central Stockholm with ca. 12 persons in your closest team.

The position expects you to:

-Act as close partner towards stakeholders, provide support, and secure that both non-functional and customer requirements are properly translated to IT specifications.
-Drive improvements and coordinating part of development process having close cooperation with your colleagues and external consultants.
-Play a key part in many development projects that both develop and simplify eGW solution.
-Support Nordea's ambition of increasing quality and structured solution development while having high focus on effective value chain management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have at least 5 years of experience from an IT analytical position, preferably from the financial sector and specifically within payments and file transfer. You have a background in IT with an in-depth understanding of the development process and are familiar with the common standard development methodologies. You also have a good understand for the business logic and excel in stakeholder management.

You are very experienced in driving the requirements process in projects in a structured way and are able to read and write system documentation and requirements on various levels. You have experience in change management and a talent for setting new methods, tools, frameworks and standards in motion.

You have a bachelor degree or equivalent and relevant work experience. You are fluent in English, both conversation and writing. Swedish language is a benefit.
