At Lexly, we work in teams. We strive for an agile approach and to work cross functional within the company. Today we are about 35 people at our office in central Stockholm (also located in Helsinki and Sao Paolo). Of course, it is fine to mix working remote and working from the office. During Corona, most of us have worked from home. We look forward to returning to the new normal again as we as a company like to have fun together.

THE ROLE

As the Tech Lead for our CMS platform, you will belong to Lexly Technology. We are about 15 employees who together are responsible for four products. Three self-built ones in PHP which manage our legal service for end-users as well as our lawyer network CRM. The fourth product is our web, part of our e-commerce platform, built in Umbraco.

You will have technical ownership of the CMS and be part of a team of developers, product owners, designers and testers. At Lexly Technology, we also share experiences and collaborate between product teams. In addition, you will be part of a cross-functional team where colleagues from MarCom (marketing and E-com) are included and where you will together build a world-class legal services E-commerce. The CMS platform is now an MVP, launched in the summer of 2020 and built by an external web agency. We will now move the development in-house and under your leadership develop and optimize the CMS to meet the commercial requirements for 2021 and further. All integrations are made with our internal products and systems, which means that we at Lexly Technology have full control of the technical platform together.

WHO YOU ARE

You have been working with web development for at least 6-8 years. You are senior and experienced, used to work both independently and in groups. Your primary task is to program backend, but also some frontend. You will ensure high quality functionality and development of our web with a focus on customer value and secure high-quality code. The CMS has several API integrations to our internal systems and products. You have direct access to the opposite of all integrations internally and will work closely with the other product teams.

Our website is currently available in three markets and there will be more.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Full stack with main competence on backend development
• Several years of experience in system development within .NET / .Net Core
• Experience of SQL server (preferably also Redis)
• Experience of HTML
• Several years of experience in working with integrations
• Insights from infrastructure/hosting - we have Azure for the web today and AWS for other products
• Fluent in English

IT’S ALSO A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience of working with the CMS tools Umbraco and/or EpiServer
• Experience with Azure/DevOps
• Security experience
• Experience of working agile
• Leadership qualities!
• Some knowledge and understanding in frontend (it’s quite "standard" but there are elements of React)
