This is how we do it!

At Tobii, communications are run by a small and closely-knit corporate communications team responsible for building awareness about Tobii as a company and for our different business segments. You will also be a member of the global marketing team and be based at our headquarter in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Communications and work in close collaboration with colleagues from around the world since we have offices in the US, Chile, China, Japan, Germany, and the UK.

A day at Tobii

As a Communications Specialist you will be responsible for a wide variety of communication-related areas and be a close ally to our Head of Communications. For our group web and social channels, you will share the responsibility to maintain, develop, update, and analyze these sites together with our Web Manager and Social Media Manager. You will also manage our Corporate Communications intranet page, making sure the latest company presentations, brand guidelines and policies are uploaded and available.

Together with HR you will be working with our employer branding initiatives supporting them in social media, digital campaigns and events both internally and externally.

You will sometimes work with agencies both for producing print materials, conduct photoshoots and assist with branding efforts. As you can tell, this role includes a little bit of everything!

Your key responsibilities include

• Content production for our website, making sure it is up to date and has the correct language.
• Represent the Communications team in HR and investor relations related communication. E.g. employer branding, annual and quarterly reports.
• Part of the working group for developing our brand, storytelling and messaging.
• Project manage both internal and external communication projects and events.
• Content development for our company blog.
• Support the social media manager with content creation and messaging.
• Support our Head of Communications with public relations related tasks.

We are looking for someone who

To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media/Communications or Marketing
• Experience from a similar role within corporate communication
• Social media experience (organic and paid)
• CMS experience (preferably EPI or Wordpress)
• Excellent communication skills and copywriting skills in both Swedish and English

If you, on top of this, are also familiar with newsrooms, media monitoring systems and have basic skills in image/video editing such as Photoshop, Premier Pro or similar we see that as a strong merit. If you also have experience from a listed company, that is awesome!
