We are now looking for two junior Backend Developers to join Securitas Traineeprogram in September 2021. If you are looking for an international company with passion for security where your performance will make a difference, this will be a great opportunity!

You will take part in a unique training program which will provide you with the right amount of tools in order to make you succeed in you new role. It has been developed in consultation with Securitas Intelligent Services. To boost your professional- and personal development you will be offered self leadership courses and ongoing coaching from your Consultant Manager.

The role will involve a few business trips together with your team, mostly to connect with your colleagues in Malmö (there will be no trips during the pandemic). If you appreciate the opportunity, it will be possible to join future conferences.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at Securitas. The assignment will be full time and after 12 months you will be offered an employment at Securitas given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation. Read more about our consultant offer

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will get the opportunity to support three different teams in order to improve your skills. There are three product teams within Intelligent Services; Risk Prediction, Remote Services and Fast Moving Digital Products. They work cross-functional and the roles consist of research, design, UX, scrum master, architects, developers and QA Engineers. You will be connected with a senior developer who will act as a mentor, sharing best practice and coach your development. Your development team is recognized for supporting each other, where they all share the same attitude - regardless of experience, everyone has something to bring to the table.

A typical day will start with a stand-up meeting together with your colleagues where you will go through the tasks of the day and make priorities. You will work with moderns techniques, Cloud Native, which is based on a Microsoft architecture. 80% of your tasks will be dedicated to develop new techniques and 20% to management and automating operations and monitoring of the exciting products.

In other words, you will enter a development team who's driving Securitas journey of digital growth and future!

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Degree of Bachelor/ Master of Science in information systems, computer science, engineering physics, electrical engineering, mathematics or similar
* You show great interest in programming, preferably you've done a hobby project within programming during your spare time
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have experience in C#, JavaScript, Python or GoLang

* You are willing to receive and give feedback and coaching
