Software Engineer
In this role you are a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of our software. You can work under challenging, demanding and changing conditions. As a person you are innovative, self-driven, have a strong technical focus and interest in combination with a customer-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute to a positive team spirit and you like taking responsibility for the results.
You will be part of a development team who is responsible of delivering global solutions to our factories around the world.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer science or similar
- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Agile and DevOps engineering practices
- Solid Experience within .NET platform - C# and ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript (jQuery) and SQL
- Advantage if you have experience within:
- Automotive industry
- Blazor
- TFS/Azure DevOps
- Mobility
- Cloud development
- Test Driven Development
- Fluent in English
- Valid work-permit for Sweden if not citizen, no relocation Volvo assistance
Travel Required: Occasional
