They are now expanding their Fintech department in Stockholm with a position for a Senior Java Developer to help improve and develop their tech stack. The fintech department is responsible for the payment platform powering the company bank and card products.
Ansvarsområden
You will be part of a small, cross-functional team that has full responsibility and accountability for everything from infrastructure, APIs, and back-office applications.
The platform is based on Java SE 11 micro services running in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. They´re doing continuous delivery and use Docker and Docker Compose for test automation. There are no testers in the team, instead, they rely heavily on their automated tests and deployment pipelines. They use Apache Kafka for event sourcing and have created their own custom framework on top of google guice to make it easy to develop and maintain each micro service. All servers are running on Linux and the desktop environment is also Linux or macOS. All code and configurations are kept under source control in GitHub.

- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and tooling
- 8+ years experience in Java development
- Work experience with micro services tech stack
- Knowledge of docker, docker-compose, and kubernetes
