As we are continuously growing both in the Nordics and Internationally, we need to strengthen our UX team with another interaction designer in the Gothenburg Office! Your mission as Interaction designer at Benify

You are part of the UX department together with other Interaction Designers and User Researchers. In your daily work you will spend a lot of time collaborating with UX colleagues and will also be part of a great group of people in cross-functional R&D teams consisting of UX, developers, agile coach and product owner. Every day you and your colleagues will work to improve and create new user experiences on our platform. You get to work a with a successful product that has many end-users all over the world and you get to impact all those end-users’ well being through the development of our product.

During a work day at Benify, you will:

• Together with User Researcher, develop user journeys and understand user behavior
• Creating prototypes, wireframes and mockups
• Lead and participate in workshops with different stakeholders
• Be a representative for and share knowledge in the UX area
• Contribute in developing processes and ways of working

You are have a little creative genius inside and we also believe that you are a communicative person who is not afraid to speak in front of a crowd, lead workshops, ask question and dare to challenge. You do this in a humble way because you understand the importance of building trust and you enjoy working with different types of people in other competence areas – because great minds don’t think alike, they think differently – and that’s where innovation happens!

We also believe that you have:

• A great portfolio that shows how you worked on projects consisting of digital products (so please attach a portfolio in your application)
• Experience from using Sketch or similar tools
• An eye for graphical design
• Education in a relevant field and/or a couple of years' experience in UX and interaction design, but your skills are more important than experience
• Experience from designing digital products (web applications and/or mobile apps)
