Senior Technical Specialist IT, 2nd line Ops Division X

Up for your next challenge? We are now looking for a Senior Technical Specialist IT to join our team in Division X Shared Tech & Operations. My name is Magnus Ehrlund and I am heading 2nd line Operations within Division X. We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?

Right now, we are looking for Senior Technical IT competence within the IoT/IT area by concentrating on Operations support. You will work in virtual teams when needed supporting and co-operating towards commercial business unit, stakeholders and support organizations. One of our services that you will mainly support is Telia Health Monitoring, you will also work with supporting other Division X services.

Who are you?

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic person with focus on excellent service operational skills and also who is a real team player with good communication skills and solid operational IT background. You are ready to take challenges to find and resolve issues within IoT/IT area. Networking with surrounding system stakeholders is crucial for success in this role. You shall proactively drive and propose efficiency changes, as well as service improvements from your role within Operations. We are on a journey to become the new generation telco, which means that you need to be open-minded and not be afraid of change. And to really enjoy your job here, you need to be forward thinking.

Your Experience:

• University education or equivalent experience, young graduate or good experience from the working area
• Good knowledge in Linux
• Good skills in scripting languages like Linux shell, PHP, Perl, Python or similar
• Good understanding of Oracle DB and MySQL
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
