Head of PMO to eBuilder

We are in a very exciting phase and our organization is growing steadily. Now we are looking for a Head of PMO to develop our structure and orchestrate our growing number of teams and projects. For this position it is essential that you have great communication skills, as you will interact a lot with the internal development teams and product management. Needless to say we need someone who is truly agile down to the core, possess a good understanding of software development, and have a flexible approach in order to strike the right balance between team autonomy and central governance. This job means you will be working closely with our CTO and CPO, engaging with our talented product teams and guilds across our development sites, and help shaping our organization to deliver the best possible product in a fantastic start-up environment!

This is a job for someone who:

Has a minimum of 5 years experience of agile software development, naturally including Scrum Master role
Has a proven track-record of pragmatic, large-scale agile operations
Is an excellent communicator and coordinator

It’s a plus if you also have:

Previously worked in multi-site / multi-cultural product organizations
Experience from start-ups

The job is located in Kista Science Tower, with a fantastic view from the 30th floor.
