Our Exciting Opportunity

This is an opportunity to be part of the next step in developing our products. We enable millions of simultaneously connected mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to 4K video in Gbit speeds. All of this in a virtual deployment using containers as we are in the middle of a containerization/cloud transformation to meet the 5G journey.

Would you like join us on our 5G packet core journey as a system tester?

We are now looking for skilled, self-motivated, and service-minded system tester who loves deep troubleshooting and wants to join our product development. In the Packet Core organization testing is done both by the cross-functional development teams, as well as by dedicated teams performing extensive regression verification and system level testing. We strive for a high degree of automation in test environment for most of the test execution and parts of the analysis of test results. The new generation of our 5G products execute in a cloud-based environment so if you do not already have knowledge about cloud and virtualization, it's time to learn!

You will

• Design, execute test cases and evaluate test results
• Work with Stability, Robustness and Capacity testing
• Be a part of multi-functional, self-organizing and highly independent teams
• Perform troubleshooting and problem solving of sophisticated products
• Continuously seek new areas of improvement in the system test field
• Work with some degree of autonomy in each team, but also in cross-site collaboration and share knowledge with others

To be successful in the role you must have

• Experience and interest in Test Methodology and Test Automation
• The talent to see the big picture, challenge current methods and experience in taking the lead in discussions regarding scope, activities and strategies related to testing
• An understanding for IP protocols, IP-based routing, 3GPP standards, and UNIX/LINUX
• Knowledge in our scripts and verdict system, you should know Python/Java
• An energetic, positive “we can do it” attitude towards challenges, is curious and able to learn new skills
• Knowledge in C/C++ programming is a plus
• A BSc/MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge
• Excellent English skills
• Awareness of Lean and Agile principles
