CTO / Full-stack developer for Saas web app

Flow is an exciting SaaS company based in Stockholm. In short, Flow has developed a web app for salespeople to track who views their presentations and provide detailed data into their viewing behaviour. We’re currently in private beta working closely with select sales teams.

The first version has been built by the CTO of another successful funded startup. We’re looking to bring in a full-time software developer into the founding team and take the CTO role. You’ll be in charge of product architecture, technical recruiting and executing on product vision and roadmap.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Provide leadership around technology vision, product architecture and development, integration with external systems and databases, deployment and usability testing.
• Lead the mobile/web architecture needed to support core functionalities
• Develop core functionalities
• Manage applications development process for high quality code-base that is modular, scalable, and efficient
• Own and manage release management, product availability, disaster recovery, quality assurance and security
• Lead, grow and recruit technical talent

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience leading and/or growing a development team within a technically-forward organization
• 3+ years of hands-on experience coding in a popular web application technology, preferably Ruby.
• Frontend development experience including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, MVC frameworks
• Experience defining and establishing processes for development and ensuring a robust, extensible architecture
• Strong experience architecting solutions based RESTFUL web services/APIs
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud-based environments
