UX/UI Designer, ROL

We have evolved from a straightforward product that had one mission - to go up and down, to a complex offering of an intelligent and holistic solution for space utilization and office optimization driven by data.

We're looking for a UX/UI designer with knowledge and understanding of the user experience process, both from the user perspective and as a designer.
 
UX design is an integrated part of our development process at ROL, and as one of the UX designers in our team you are working through the UX process to iterate and improve the experience of the product mockups before entering the design phase.
 
Your qualifications and personal attributes:
As a UX designer at ROL we see that;
- you have relevant education on University level,
- you control the english language in both writing and speaking, 
- you have good familiarity with the Adobe suite and can express your thoughts in both mockups, finished design and animation,
- you are familiar with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects, but can easily adapt to and learn new tool sets as our process evolves,
- you contribute to the process and drive the development forward with your creativity.
 
The position is stationed at our headquarter at Axamo, Jönköping where you work close with our development team to build the next generation of connected smart office solutions, both hardware and software combined.
