DB Schenker's Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) is the trustful partner to internal and external customers for all aspects of IT operations by providing highly standardized, reliable and scalable IT services. We want to be the global IT service organization for the DB Schenker group for all components and aspects of infrastructure services.

Our local GIS team in Division IT is responsible for DB Schenker's infrastructure services in the cluster Sweden, Denmark and Iceland. Now we're looking to extend the existing team with a dedicated Service Manager for hosting services.
Today our server infrastructure is mainly outsourced to an external partner and we're also gradually moving systems to centrally managed cloud solutions. This role will be a key player in upcoming cloud initiatives for the cluster. As a Service Manager within GIS, you become an important player who ensures business value in the IT delivery. You'll be part of an international team with colleagues both in Sweden and abroad.

Your Tasks

* Developing and implementing service standards, procedures and surrounding documentation.
* Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times.
* Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency.
* Resolving service problems and customer complaints.
* Managing smaller projects and change activities within the service area.

Your Profile
You have previously worked as a System Architect, Administrator or in a similar type of function and have hands-on experience in:

* System implementation and maintenance.
* Managing server environments, including Windows and Linux.
* Managing database configurations, mainly MS SQL.
* Transitioning on-prem solutions to the cloud, mainly Azure and AWS.

Any relevant certifications in the above mentioned areas are desirable and a subject for prioritization.
