About the role

As a Lead Frontend, you will be responsible for managing an agile team of 4 front-end developers in Stockholm. At the same time, you will be working closely together with other frontend & backend developers, QA engineers, product owners and designers.

At Quinyx, the engineering team is always striving to use modern technologies, keeping ourselves updated on the news in the frontend community and aiming to be early adopters of new stable releases. Everyone in the team deeply cares about the overall experience of our application and have a lot of fun while building it.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading high performing development teams, including juniors, seniors and tech leads.
- Scaling up Frontend teams in a start-up environment and leading the strategy for the team
- Developing your team both professionally and personally by setting individual goals according to their growth plans and by continuous coaching of the team members.
- Hiring and onboarding outstanding talents within the team.
- Being a technical expert who will be creating modern web architectures, system design, and software engineering principles, and understanding how to apply them to design scalable and robust solutions.
- Working in a B2B Software as a Service environment.
- Using modern frontend technologies and their latest versions including JavaScript, React, Webpack, SASS, Jest and React Testing Library.
