Senior Application Developer – Driver Times Management Team

The services we develop support our customers to comply with legislation related to driver times management. In this fantastic team we have a knowledgeable product owner. A manager who coaches and encourages the team. A fantastic team of business analyst, UX, quality assurance, front end and back end developers who together creates value for our customers. We have the possibility to work from the office every day but also the option to work remotely three days a week. Together we make things happen. We look forward to expanding our team with one more java developer.

What will you be doing?

You will develop software applications which will support our users to comply with the driver times management legislation. You will be involved in developing the backend code of our services in AWS. Our product exists in a micro service environment.

In this role you will also be testing, deploying, operating, and maintaining the portal and its related applications, actively contributing to the solution design of new functionality. For you it’s natural to continuously reflect upon how we can improve and take a dialogue on this with your colleagues.

Your personality is your major reason for success, but you also have:

Been working for several years as an Application Developer and have also gained experience experience through your own hobby projects. You have a university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar.

To be able to work with us you need to have a valid work-permit for Sweden and be fluent in English. Swedish is an advantage, since most colleagues live and work in Gothenburg, Sweden.

You are proficient in Java 11 and also have knowledge in Spring, SQL, Git, Linux, REST.

It would also be beneficial if you have experience of Spring Boot as well as GraphQL, JMS, PostgreSQL, Micro service architecture, AWS cloud services, Test automation frameworks (Cypress, Protractor), DevOps and React.
