In our team Applications & Packaging Product we design and build a modern way of working and ensure that our colleagues can work in an efficient and innovative way. As Technical Adobe Engineer you will be part of shaping the future communication experience for H&M Group colleagues all over the world and driving engagement and colleague satisfaction with tech and data. You will work with our existing products and future once, as well as focusing on market and design communications.

Responsibilities

As Technical Adobe Engineer, you will make sure that H&M Group not only follow market trends but also takes the lead on innovation and groundbreaking solutions to continue to be a market leader in our segment. In collaboration with your team, you will design, support & improve the products in the current portfolio and provide your colleagues with innovative, suitable and scalable solutions. You will also be able to explore and design new solutions with target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems in mind. Furthermore, you will also:

• Provide technical skills and understanding of the applications we support
• Drive testing and deployment of software solutions to ensure solution quality
• Build and operate infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines
• Identify and share best practices with other teams and produce necessary documentation

We think you are a connector and collaborator who can built trust and relationships and contribute with your technical expertise. You are a solution-focused “do-er”, willing to get hands-on, solving any problems needed to make the team move forward. We also believe you have experience in:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, AfterEffects)
• Adobe Document Cloud services
• UX design tools
• Driving initiatives in enterprise organisations
• Working with and managing offshore teams
• Agile ways of working eg SaFe
• Stakeholder management
