Software Engineer for BI Analytics Platform

- Run development and operations of one of the most (probably THE most) advanced analytics platforms in Nordic and Baltic banking (Cloud, Real-Time, Prediction/AI/ML etc.)
- Work alongside international big data professionals
- Collaborate with your team members, other teams, and users to deliver high business intelligence value
- Be self-organized, proactive, and responsible - no micromanagement

What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology area, or a great reason for not having one
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure / Kafka / Ab Initio, as well as Ansible, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, GIT and related. Linux experience is good to have.
- Good understanding of Data Lake. General understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse.
- Clear understanding of DevOps, Good Documentation Practices, Infrastructure as Code, Code Testing etc.
- Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ITIL processes
- Proactiveness, independence, cooperation skills and readiness to learn new things
- Readiness to be on-call during and outside of business hours
- Ensure analytics platform high availability to users, 24x7. Be ready to respond to incidents at any time.
