We are currently looking for Salesforce developers for Retail & Care team to help us with major transformations. 
What’s in it for you?
In the Digital Retail and Care product area, we work in customer-centric product teams to build products that enable Volvo Cars Direct-to-Consumer vision together with our Care Centers and Retailers. We work mainly on the Salesforce platform but have close associations with team developing products and platforms such as Volvo On Call, Connected Car Cloud Platform, Service Booking, Connected Safety, Customer Care Chat, Volvo ID, over-the-air updates, car connectivity, and APIs for building new innovative services.
The teams are located in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Lund, Sweden, and we also have teams in the US and in China. Many of the people you will be working with have experience from start-ups and global tech companies such as Spotify, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tradera, Klarna and King. Additionally, we will give you the opportunity to work in an ever-changing agile way of working where you will be part of empowered product teams that strive for continuous learning and improvement as they build and operate the product the user needs. You will have competent colleagues in the same role with whom you can on a share and discuss experiences and problems on day-to-day basis.

In close collaboration with colleagues in other business units around the world, you and your team create digital innovations that support the direct to consumer business way of selling and services and products. And ultimately – you will contribute to a superior experience for the people who buy and drive a Volvo

What you will do?
- You will be in-charge for engineering, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions - including writing specifications,    layout, coding, agile team principles and leadership.
- Working with stakeholders to help refine requirements and develop to those requirements.
- Taking impactful features from idea to implementation.
- Champion best practices and guide and influence team on leveraging such practices.
- Communicate status, risks to schedules, and offer mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all committed projects across the delivery teams.
- Elegantly bring designs to life using standards-compliant dynamic HTML, CSS, and our internal Javascript MVC framework  (Lightning, similar to Angular, React, etc.)
- Brainstorm and prototype new concepts fast, turning prototypes into real things.
- Work with product owner to meet the demands of our customers, while at the same time continuing to innovate far beyond the competition.
- Build strong relationships across the business, that may be leveraged to product better products and solutions. Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Hands on experience in Sales/Service Cloud.
- JavaScript background.
- Experience with front-end web UI debugging.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Salesforce Lightning platform (Lightning/Aura  components).
- Worked previously with any of the following JavaScript frameworks/libraries: React, jQuery, Angular or similar.
- Deep understanding of web standards & technologies (ex. HTTP, REST and JSON).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (Marketing, etc.).
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience working at-scale by reusing components and code to push apps out fast.
Ambitious, driven, and talented  who wants to work on significant, game-changing problems.
Able to design and write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.
Expert knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins, and Perforce/GIT.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology.
Experience with automation, test strategy and passion for quality.
Passionate about web development and up to date with the latest in your field.
International Project Experience.
